1. Overview
DROPIFY TECHNOLOGIES INC. ("Company", "we", "us"), doing business as Textme.bio, is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and services purchased through the Textme.bio platform, including but not limited to digital downloads, video courses, bookings, memberships, and bundles.
Our platform operates as a marketplace connecting creators ("Sellers") with their audience ("Buyers"). When you purchase a product on Textme.bio, the payment is processed through Stripe and funds are transferred to the Seller's connected account. This Refund Policy governs the terms under which refunds may be issued.
2. Refund Eligibility
Buyers may request a full refund for any purchase made on the Textme.bio platform, subject to the following conditions:
- 48-Hour Refund Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours (2 days) from the time of purchase. After this window has passed, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
- Full Refunds Only: All refunds are processed as full refunds for the total purchase amount. Partial refunds are not available.
- Refund Limit: To prevent abuse, each buyer is limited to a maximum of 3 refunds within any 90-day rolling period. Once this limit is reached, no additional refund requests will be processed until the 90-day period has elapsed. If you believe you have a special circumstance, please contact support.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Navigate to the conversation with the Seller whose product you purchased on the Textme.bio platform.
- Locate the order notification for the purchase you wish to refund.
- Click the "Refund" button on the order. The refund will be processed instantly if you are within the eligible refund window.
Refunds are processed automatically through our system. There is no need to contact the Seller or our support team for standard refund requests within the 48-hour window.
4. Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed instantly through Stripe. However, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Transfer Reversal: When a refund is processed, the corresponding transfer to the Seller's account is automatically reversed. The full purchase amount is returned to the Buyer.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Expired Refund Window: The 48-hour refund window from the time of purchase has passed.
- Refund Limit Reached: The buyer has already received 3 refunds within the last 90 days.
- Previously Refunded Order: The order has already been refunded.
- Platform Subscription Fees: Fees for Textme.bio platform subscriptions (e.g., Pro, Maxx5, Maxx10 plans) are governed by the subscription terms and are not covered by this refund policy. Please refer to our Terms of Use for subscription cancellation details.
6. Digital Goods Disclaimer
All products sold on the Textme.bio platform are digital goods and services. By nature, digital goods can be accessed, downloaded, or consumed immediately upon purchase. Our 48-hour refund window is provided as a courtesy to ensure buyer satisfaction, even after digital goods have been accessed.
Buyers are encouraged to review product descriptions, previews, and any available samples before making a purchase.
7. For Sellers (Creators)
Sellers on the Textme.bio platform should be aware of the following:
- Automatic Refund Processing: Refunds within the 48-hour window are processed automatically. Sellers do not have the ability to approve or deny refund requests within the eligible period.
- Transfer Reversal: When a buyer receives a refund, the funds previously transferred to your Stripe connected account will be automatically reversed.
- Abuse Prevention: The 3-refund-per-90-day limit protects Sellers from excessive refund requests by individual buyers.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage buyers to use the in-platform refund process rather than initiating chargebacks through their bank or payment provider, as chargebacks incur additional fees and may result in account restrictions.

We reserve the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and on-site notifications. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
